Thankful!

Today I am very thankful! I have another day of breath! The Lord saved my soul about 21.5 years ago! Running I was able to run 4 miles today, and most of it at 5.8 so my time was better. =-) No slowing and speeding up for interval work today. One more thing before 9 a.m. I got our car back! We dropped it of Thursday afternoon for some work while were were out of town. It was supposed to be done Monday yet when we went at 4:30ish we were told we dropped it off too late it would take until this morning. So I am very thankful for all this and so much more.
